Had an appointment there today at 2:30, spoke to the girl that was going to highlight my hair an hour before my appointment and told her I was in town and would be there as soon as I could. I arrived at 2:40. And she was Already doing someone else's highlights!
Not happy at all!!! Not a way to do business!
She informed me that I Was 10mins late so she took a walk in!!! And then said how she was leaving at 5 and was booked until next week. She was Rude and short with me!!!!
It was a last minute visit. I got my hair done for my wedding. I appreciate Crissi for doing an amazing job.
